By accessing or using irum.site ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
irum is a free online service that recommends Korean names based on traditional Four Pillars of Destiny (사주) and Five Elements (오행) analysis. Additional features include a Hanja quiz, name compatibility checker, and Hanja dictionary.
3. Disclaimer
irum is an educational and exploratory tool. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service is not a substitute for consultation with a professional naming specialist.
- Name recommendations are algorithm-generated reference information. Name selection is your personal decision and responsibility.
- Birth chart analysis is simplified and may not reflect all aspects of traditional Four Pillars analysis.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of name recommendations.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service, including design, logo, content, and software, belongs to irum. We do not claim intellectual property rights over generated names — you are free to use any names generated by the Service.
5. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
- Use automated tools to make excessive requests
- Copy, distribute, or resell the Service's content without authorization
- Use the Service to infringe on others' rights or for illegal purposes
6. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
7. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense. We do not control the content of advertisements and do not endorse any advertiser's products or services.
